Terms & Conditions
The terms that apply to this website, and to bookings, orders and offers at our venues.
These terms govern your use of this website and your dealings with Tacos 'N' Tequilas (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using this site, making a booking or placing an order, you accept these terms.
1. About this website
We aim to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but menus, prices, opening hours, offers and venue details can change without notice. Menu items and pricing vary between venues. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance — the details confirmed at the venue or at the point of order prevail.
We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of this site at any time. We do not guarantee the site will always be available or error free.
2. Bookings
- Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the venue.
- Please arrive on time. We hold tables for 15 minutes past the booking time, after which the table may be released.
- Tables may be allocated for a set dining period during busy service. The venue will tell you when this applies.
- Larger groups may require a deposit, a set menu, or a credit card to secure the booking. The venue will confirm any such requirement when you book.
- Please tell us about changes to your group size as early as you can. Significant no-shows on a deposit-secured booking may result in the deposit being forfeited.
- To cancel or change a booking, contact the venue directly. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice.
3. Orders, pickup and delivery
- Orders are confirmed once accepted by the venue. Quoted preparation and delivery times are estimates only.
- Where you order through a third-party platform (for example Uber Eats or DoorDash), that platform's own terms, fees and refund policies apply to your order.
- Please check your order before leaving the venue or on delivery. If something is wrong, contact the venue as soon as possible so we can put it right.
4. Pricing and payment
- Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise.
- A surcharge applies on Sundays and public holidays. The rate is displayed in venue.
- Card payments may attract a merchant surcharge, displayed before you pay.
- A service charge may apply to large groups. This will be advised when you book.
5. Offers, specials and promotions
- Offers, deals and happy hour pricing vary by venue and are available for dine-in only unless stated otherwise.
- Offers cannot be combined with any other offer, discount or voucher unless expressly stated.
- Offers exclude public holidays and may be withdrawn or varied at any time.
- Bottomless packages are subject to a set duration, require the whole table to participate, and are served in line with responsible service of alcohol obligations.
6. Allergies and dietary requirements
Please tell our staff about any allergy or intolerance before you order. Our kitchens handle gluten, nuts, dairy, shellfish, eggs, soy and other allergens, and we prepare food in shared areas. While we take care with every order, we cannot guarantee any dish is completely free of a given allergen and we cannot accept liability for allergic reactions where this risk has been disclosed to you.
Labels such as GF, V, VG and VGO indicate the recipe as written and are a guide only.
7. Responsible service of alcohol
We are licensed venues and comply with Victorian liquor licensing law. It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under 18 years. We may ask for valid photo identification, and we may refuse service or ask a patron to leave where we consider it appropriate.
8. Behaviour in our venues
We want every guest and staff member to feel welcome. We may refuse entry or service, or ask you to leave, if you behave in a way that is unsafe, abusive, discriminatory or disruptive to others. Please supervise children at all times.
9. Gift cards and vouchers
Gift cards and vouchers are valid for the period shown on them (at least three years from issue where required by Australian law), are not redeemable for cash, and are not replaced if lost or stolen. Any additional conditions printed on the card apply.
10. Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where we are permitted to limit our liability, we limit it to resupplying the goods or services, or paying the cost of doing so.
Subject to the above, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our services.
11. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including text, images, logos, branding, menus and design — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, adapt or republish our content commercially without our written permission.
12. Third-party links
This site links to third-party sites such as booking and delivery platforms. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and a link does not imply endorsement.
13. Privacy
We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you use the site or place an order is the version that applies.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
